Our search for the best botanicals began on the markets and back alleys of Saigon and finally took us the furthest corners of Vietnam, from the highlands in the North to deep South in the Mekong Delta. After a year of searching and experimenting in a traditional copper pot still from Europe we settled on 13 remarkable Vietnamese botanicals. Married to juniper these botanicals produced an extra ordinary, unconventional, but truly Vietnamese gin. We source the very best ingredients, often directly at the farm itself. Each batch is carefully handcrafted under the supervision of the master distiller who combines art/passion & science to create an exceptional product. No short cuts, no automation, and never sacrificing for quality.
